She is passionate about legal practice, youth and women empowerment through entrepreneurship, responsive leadership and environmental conservation. She has built her career in a variety of roles and industries in various organisations such as Youth in Landscapes Initiative, International Youth Journal, Digital Opportunity Trust, and International Potato Center. Maulline enjoys using her diverse skill-set to enable people to access and apply information and communication technologies (ICT) to create education, entrepreneurial and economic opportunities. Her vision is to make these opportunities available to marginalized people especially indigenous communities, women and youth, as a strategy to create prosperity, make gender equality the social norm and achieve self-determination.
