• Safeguarding Policy: We enforce zero tolerance for harm, abuse, or exploitation, maintaining strict professional boundaries across our physical training hubs and digital learning platforms.

• Code of Conduct & Ethics: We foster inclusive environments driven by empowerment and dignity, enforcing zero tolerance for workplace harassment or undisclosed conflicts of interest.

• Business Integrity: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding bribery, fraud, or financial corruption, backed by transparent record-keeping and regular independent professional audits.

Secure Reporting Mechanisms

We provide safe, confidential channels for internal staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, and partners to report any suspected ethical or legal violations without fear of retaliation:

• Internal Independent Channel: Reports can be sent directly to integrity@womenpreneur-initiative.com. To eliminate executive conflict of interest, this inbox is restricted from management and monitored exclusively by the Board of Directors.

• External Oversight Bodies: In accordance with the Belgian Whistleblowing Acts, individuals retain the right to report severe violations directly to public oversight authorities in Brussels:
