Afin de célébrer les talents universitaires et d’encourager davantage les femmes à se lancer dans les filières STEM, Womenpreneur et VINCI Energies, dans la lignée de leur partenariat, organisent une remise de prix à l’intention des étudiantes en master en ingénierie dont le travail est tourné vers la transition énergétique ou la transformation digitale, des enjeux majeurs pour la société actuelle.
Om universitair talent te vieren en vrouwen aan te moedigen om meer te gaan studeren in STEM-vakken, organiseren Womenpreneur en VINCI Energies, in lijn met hun partnerschap, een prijsuitreiking voor vrouwelijke masterstudenten in engineering die werken aan energietransitie of digitale transformatie, belangrijke kwesties voor de hedendaagse samenleving.
Les étudiantes de master qui ont choisi de développer leur mémoire sur ces thèmes et plus précisément sur la prévention des milieux naturels, l’optimisation des ressources grâce à l’économie circulaire ou sur les manières d’agir en faveur du climat, contribuent à l’avancement des connaissances et des pratiques dans ces domaines mais également à répondre aux défis environnementaux et économiques de notre époque tout en brisant les stéréotypes de genre du monde professionnel.
Masterstudenten die ervoor hebben gekozen om hun scriptie over deze onderwerpen te ontwikkelen, met name over de bescherming van het milieu, optimalisatie van hulpbronnen door middel van circulaire economie, of manieren om actie te ondernemen voor het klimaat, dragen bij aan de vooruitgang van kennis en praktijken op deze gebieden, maar ook tot het beantwoorden van de ecologische en economische uitdagingen van onze tijd, terwijl ze de genderstereotypen in de professionele wereld doorbreken.
Une étudiante de master sera récompensée pour son travail, ses recherches et son engagement en faveur de l’environnement par un poste de 12 mois chez VINCI Energies pour découvrir leurs 4 business lines (3 mois dans chaque département, à savoir l’ICT, Industry, Buildings et Infrastructure). Cette opportunité est une chance unique de découvrir le secteur dans lequel la gagnante souhaiterait travailler dans le futur tout en intégrant une entreprise d’ampleur internationale.
Een vrouwelijke masterstudent zal worden beloond voor haar werk, onderzoek en inzet voor het milieu met een baan van 12 maanden bij VINCI Energies om hun 4 business lines te ontdekken (3 maanden in elk departement, namelijk ICT, Industry, Buildings en Infrastructure). Deze kans biedt een unieke gelegenheid om de sector te ontdekken waarin de winnaar in de toekomst zou willen werken, terwijl ze deel uitmaken van een internationaal opererend bedrijf.

La gagnante sera annoncée lors d’une cérémonie de remise de prix le 09 juin 2023. Nous encourageons vivement les étudiantes qui répondent aux critères à soumettre leur candidature pour ce prix prestigieux et porteur. Nous sommes impatient.e.s de découvrir les recherches innovantes et de haute qualité réalisées par les étudiantes en ingénierie, qui contribuent à la transition énergétique et à la transformation digitale dans le respect de l’environnement. Mais aussi de mettre en lumière les talents STEM de demain !
De winnaar wordt bekendgemaakt tijdens een prijsuitreiking op 9 juni 2023. We moedigen vrouwelijke studenten die aan de criteria voldoen sterk aan om hun sollicitatie voor deze prestigieuze en veelbelovende prijs in te dienen. We kijken ernaar uit om de innovatieve en hoogwaardige onderzoeken van vrouwelijke engineering studenten te ontdekken, die bijdragen aan de energietransitie en digitale transformatie met respect voor het milieu. Maar ook om de STEM-talenten van morgen in de schijnwerpers te zetten!
Procédure de sélection
Les étudiantes peuvent soumettre leur candidature jusqu’au 27 mai 2023 à 23h59 via le formulaire. Ensuite, mi-mai, l’équipe de Womenpreneur pré-sélectionnera une vingtaine de candidates sur base de plusieurs critères, notamment la qualité scientifique de la recherche, la pertinence et l’originalité des résultats, l’impact environnemental potentiel de la recherche ainsi que la faisabilité des recommandations proposées. Cette sélection de candidates sera transmise aux équipes de VINCI Energies qui, sur base des mêmes critères, élira la grande gagnante de ce prix qui sera annoncée lors de l’événement du 9 juin 2023.
Selection procedure
Studenten kunnen hun sollicitatie indienen tot 27 mei 2023 om 23.59 uur via dit formulier. Daarna zal het Womenpreneur-team halverwege mei op basis van verschillende criteria, waaronder de wetenschappelijke kwaliteit van het onderzoek, de relevantie en originaliteit van de resultaten, het potentiële milieueffect van het onderzoek en de haalbaarheid van de voorgestelde aanbevelingen, een twintigtal kandidaten voorselecteren. Deze selectie van kandidaten zal worden doorgestuurd naar de teams van VINCI Energies, die op basis van dezelfde criteria de grote winnaar van deze prijs zullen kiezen, die zal worden aangekondigd tijdens het evenement op 9 juni 2023.
To celebrate academic talent and further encourage women to enter the STEM fields, Womenpreneur and VINCI Energies, in keeping with their partnership, are organising an awards ceremony for female master’s students in engineering whose work is geared toward the energy transition or digital transformation, major issues for today’s society.
The master’s female students who have chosen to develop their thesis on these themes and more specifically on the prevention of natural environments, the optimization of resources through the circular economy or on ways to act in favour of the climate, contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in these areas but also to addressing the environmental and economic challenges of our time while breaking down gender stereotypes in the professional world.
One master’s student will be rewarded for her work, research and commitment to the environment with a 12-month position at VINCI Energies to discover their 4 business lines (3 months in each department, namely ICT, Industry, Buildings and Infrastructure). This opportunity is a unique chance to discover the sector in which the winner would like to work in the future while integrating a company of international scope.

The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on June 09, 2023. We strongly encourage students who meet the criteria to submit their application for this prestigious and supportive award. We are looking forward to discovering the innovative and high-quality research done by female engineering students, who contribute to the energy transition and digital transformation in a way that is respectful of the environment. But also to highlight the STEM talents of tomorrow!
Selection procedure
Students can submit their applications until May 27, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. via the form. Then, in mid-May, the Womenpreneur team will pre-select about 20 candidates based on several criteria, including the scientific quality of the research, the relevance and originality of the results, the potential environmental impact of the research as well as the feasibility of the proposed recommendations. This selection of candidates will be forwarded to the VINCI Energies teams who, on the basis of the same criteria, will elect the winner of this prize who will be announced at the event on June 9, 2023.
